When the leaves start to fall, the wedding season is over. The barn is closed, and until spring, we do not accept large events. This is the time to shine for the Log House: in the summer, people only come here to sleep, but in the winter it is a nice cosy getaway.
While we prepare the farm for winter, we also rearrange the house, this site shows the winter version. During this time, we can only accommodate maximum 14 guests. The apartment Mellow becomes a community and dining room, where you can play board games, cards, drink or just talk; the other three rooms are for sleeping.

The apartment ‘Mellow’ (Árnyas in Hungarian) is the first room from the porch. In the winter time this serves as community room. You enter into a small kitchenette, which you can use for cooking. From here opens the bathroom and the 25 m2 room with 4 beds.

The small apartment overlooking the lake. You enter a small kitchenette, and it leads to a bathroom with shower, and ducking under the old log beams, you get in the room. 2-4 people can sleep here, there is a double bed, and a couch.

At the back side of the building you can find the staircase, leading upstairs. There are two rooms in the attic: a room for 4 guests (with a bathroom), and a room for 6 guests (also with a bathroom).
CAN WE PARTY HERE?
If you are looking for a guest house where you are free to sing, play music or dance, you found it! Here you will not disturb any neighbors, ideal place for a stag night or bachelorette party. You can bring your own food and drinks, you can play music or make a campfire. From fall to spring, if you rent the log house, it means you will be the only guests at the whole Manor.
CAN WE BRING DOGS?
Yes! We are a completely dog friendly place. The 13 hectare area of the farm is surrounded by a fence, and your dogs can run freely. You can bring big dogs as well, and there is no limit on their number too. We also have dogs living in the farm, but they are very used to becoming friendly with the guest dogs. Please only pay attention to our other animals (goats, horses, chickens, cats, stc).

From fall to spring, you can rent the whole Log House.
The price is 110.000 HUF / night, regardless of how many people stay (to a maximum of 14).
You want to stay longer? The plus nights are only 90.000 HUF / night.
The heating of the house is electrical, so we can only grant to keep this price for a month in advance. The price was established when electricity price was 70 HUF / kw, if the price changes, our prices will also be higher.
